Our records show that during the financial year 2022/23 our amazing volunteers at Tuppenny Barn gave the huge total of 8,380 hours of their time.
Our volunteers
We are utterly reliant on our 80 + strong team of amazing volunteers at Tuppenny Barn who tackle such varied tasks as gardening, helping to host school visits, site maintenance, creating jams and other preserves from the fruits grown on our plots, assisting in our site shop and general office duties

Our Transforming Tuppenny project will enable us to provide additional volunteer opportunities for adults with learning support needs and a buddy support role for vulnerable adults and young carers.

Tuppenny Barn are proud to be Soil Association Organic
members campaigning for healthy, humane and sustainable
food, farming and land use.
Tuppenny Barn is a member of the Organic Growers Alliance which is a network of growers, farmers and horticulturalists. The OGA is a peer-to-peer support network run by growers for growers. As well, the OGA is a place to exchange information and learn and it represents its members.
