Helen Wright

With a passion for natural health, gardening and sustainability, Tuppenny Barn was a natural fit for Helen. Hooked in initially by the fabulous salad bags(!), she soon became an Education Volunteer before taking on the role of Head Gardener.
Helen has always been an ‘outdoor girl’ and her love of gardening drove her to take it up professionally having gathered experience in her own garden, working with her gardener husband and on a pick-your-own farm.
Previously, during her 5 years as a primary school teacher, Helen enjoyed reconnecting city children with the wonders of nature.
She also works as a complementary therapist and sings with a community choir.

Tuppenny Barn are proud to be Soil Association Organic
members campaigning for healthy, humane and sustainable
food, farming and land use.

Tuppenny Barn is a member of the Organic Growers Alliance which is a network of growers, farmers and horticulturalists. The OGA is a peer-to-peer support network run by growers for growers. As well, the OGA is a place to exchange information and learn and it represents its members.
