Mike Tibble

Shortly after retiring from a career working as an analyst with the UK Ministry of Defence, Mike joined Tuppenny Barn as a volunteer working as part of the maintenance and gardening team.

Having previously completed training in counselling skills for helping roles and working in adult and children’s mental health services, Mike is now working as a social and horticultural therapist as part of the team at Tuppenny Barn.

“I have always loved being outdoors and working with other people, and in my role as a horticultural therapist I have experienced first-hand the value of working with others in a natural environment and the benefits it has for our wellbeing.”

Tuppenny Barn are proud to be Soil Association Organic
